| So ya.... |
[May. 18th, 2006|07:39 pm] |
I wonder if anyone will really even read this.
So I didnt go to Prom, and despite what people had been telling me up to Prom, I didnt really give a damn that I didnt go. To me, there is no sense in going with some random person or just asking because its something you are supposed to do. Bottom line is I don't feel like I really missed out on anything.
Anyway, Im really bored ATM, and cannot wait for school to end. Sure, I wont be able to see a lot of friends/people for the most part, but that's not to big of a deal. Im just so bored and tired right now, that a long break from anything will be very nice. |

[Mar. 30th, 2006|10:43 pm] |
Found this:
" Quite astonishing animated map of Iraq war casualties.
This animated map of coalition military fatalities during the Iraq war unfolds at ten frames per second. Each frame represents one day of the war. One dot marks each casualty site. A death begins as a white flash, then grows to a larger red dot, which turns black after 30 frames (days), fading at last to permanent grey.

I thought it was pretty interesting. |

| Holy crap! Its 1984..... |
[Mar. 15th, 2006|10:04 pm] |
Was reading the news tonight and came across this article: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/11847835/
The choice quote is this:
"President Bush plans to issue a new national security strategy today reaffirming his doctrine of preemptive war against terrorists and hostile states with chemical, biological or nuclear weapons, despite the troubled experience in Iraq."
And then later on:
"The White House plans to release the 49-page National Security Strategy today, starting with a speech by national security adviser Stephen J. Hadley to the U.S. Institute of Peace."
Issuing a document that basically says we can preemptively strike anyone we want to the "institute of peace"... reminded me (sadly) more then a little of 1984. |

Dear Santa,
This year I've been busy!
Last Wednesday I had a shoot-out with rival gang lords on the 5 near LA (-76 points). Last Monday I helped schlecht_affe hide a body (-173 points). In July master_of_death and I robbed a bank (-50 points). In August I broke syring_monkey's X-Box (-12 points). In February I gave nyuki_1 a kidney (1000 points).
Overall, I've been nice (689 points). For Christmas I deserve a toy train!

Well it's about damn time! Seriously I dont understand how you can even argue for torture and keep a straight face. Everyone knew he was full of shit in the first place. And with low public opinion, and no support in congress what the hell was he thinking? |

| | Hypnotize - System of a Down | ] | You know now that I have gotten most of the stuff from the new SOAD album, (not all of it, still bring the actual stuff David if you can) I do have to say I like a lot of it. While not as consistant as mesmerize where there were lots of good songs. This CD has a few pretty good ones. My Favourites at the moment are:
Soldier Side - Amazing, really my favorite song of the new album.
Lonely Day - A good slower song, I really like how SOAD can go from really harcore to more ballad like melodies.
Hypnotize - Another good song, good beat and just a catchy song.
Anyway I await the rest of the songs. Some of the others that I have are just really blah though. |

[Nov. 27th, 2005|01:30 pm] |
 | You scored as Demon. Demon: Darkness is your sanctuary. Demons are many and are all different in appearence and rank. The most common are the ones that feed off of human souls. They love to make someone fall into their inner darkness. Blood, wrath, murder... You name it they love it. These beings don't care who you are, if they set their sights on you, let's just hope you know a good excorist. They kill any love within you and pull you toward their side. By any means possible. You wish for chaos and hate, you are the Demon.

What Mythological Creature are you? (Cool Pics!) created with QuizFarm.com |
Ok i actually got a tie breaker between a question obviously demon and one obviously angel, I figured I wanted to see the demon picture so picked that even though I would have sided with the angel if taking this test seriously. The questions were a little to obvious imho, but w/e. Cool pick anyway! |

 | You scored as Blue. Your heart is blue. You are a very calm and relaxed person. You are very caring and like helping others. You're grateful for what you have in life, even if it's not perfect. People love you for who you are, don\'t ever change that- it's what makes you the great person that you are.

- In face of ESA suit, Schwarzenegger vows to preserve legislation, Yee takes industry to task for "failing to protect the interests of children." -

Seriously, who the hell even pays attention to the game ratings? I don't know of a parent or kid that ever has. Life and high school especially is all rated R as far as Im concerned. I don't know of a kid in high school, (hell junior high, or even elementary school) that would be in any way changed / affected because of playing a video game.
People just want to use video games as a scapegoat for the ew screwed up kids out there. There are MILLIONS of people playing violent video games throughout the world, and guess what, they dont go around kiling/stealing/emulating a game in any way. Just because we have that one wacko in every million does that mean we need bogus laws? |
